Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks & Stirrups (opened packaging)
- “Hit After Hit” clearance items (final sale)
- Any item showing signs of wear or without original tags
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on footwear or apparel:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired size in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- You’ll only pay shipping if the exchange is for a different size (not our error)
