Order Processing

We pride ourselves on rapid order processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer transit times or may not be serviceable.

We stand behind our performance gear just like we stand behind your performance. If your purchase doesn’t meet your championship standards, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks & Stirrups with opened packaging
  • “Hit After Hit” clearance items (all sales final)
  • Any item showing signs of wear or without original tags

How to Return or Exchange

Step-by-Step Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Track Your Return: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on footwear or apparel:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state your desired size in your return request
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • You’ll only pay shipping if the exchange is for a different size (not our error)
